π± A practical introduction to regenerative thinking, land, and community π±
This one-day course offers a clear, accessible introduction to permaculture for people who want to better understand how ecological design principles can be applied to everyday life, food growing, and community projects.
Rather than focusing on idealised solutions, the day explores how permaculture thinking works in real places, with real constraints β including urban settings, shared spaces, and diverse communities.

=== WHAT THE DAY WILL COVER ===
Permaculture ethics and principles
An introduction to the ethical framework and design principles that underpin permaculture practice, and how they guide decision-making.
Food growing and regenerative gardening
Understanding how to work with natural processes to grow food in ways that support soil life, biodiversity, and long-term resilience.
Patterns, systems, and biodiversity
Learning to observe patterns in nature and human systems, and how these observations inform design.
Social permaculture
Exploring cooperation, communication, and community resilience as essential parts of regenerative design β not add-ons.
The day is participatory, discussion-based, and suitable for people with no prior experience of permaculture.
